Glenn Rogers, PLLC began in early 2010 as a vision to combine big firm expertise and experience with small firm rates and relationships.
Randy Glenn spent his first 12 years in practice with big firms in Austin including Bickerstaff Heath and Jackson Walker, where he was named Partner in 2005. Jennifer Rogers spent her first 10 years in practice at Jackson Walker and was named Partner in 2009.
Randy’s practice is focused on the corporate and transactional needs of his clients, which include leaders in the long-term care industry. Jennifer’s practice is focused on the regulatory needs of long-term care clients, specifically related to development and licensure issues including acquiring, transferring, and managing Medicaid bed allocations for new and existing nursing facilities. Randy and Jennifer decided it was more beneficial for their mutual clients to join forces to better manage rates and to offer small-firm autonomy and flexibility for specific clients’ needs.
Randy and Jennifer have different, but complementary practices, and their clients have been extremely gracious in expressing their support for the new firm. Randy and Jennifer take pride in the great successes enjoyed by their clients in their respective business endeavors, and always appreciate the opportunity to be part of those clients’ support network and team.
